Service Delivery Policy

Shanghai Chauffeur provides chauffeur and transportation services. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Service Confirmation

After a booking is confirmed, customers will receive booking details electronically. The confirmation may include the service date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle information and other relevant details.

Airport Transfers

For airport pickup services, the chauffeur will meet the passenger at the confirmed airport, terminal or designated meeting point according to the booking information.

Chauffeur & Private Tour Services

The chauffeur will arrive at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Service will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary and booking details.

No Physical Shipping

No physical goods will be shipped or delivered. Any shipping or delivery terminology displayed by the payment or e-commerce platform refers to the fulfillment of the booked transportation service.
