Do you track my flight?
Yes. For airport pickups, we monitor the scheduled arrival and adjust the pickup timing when the flight arrives early or is delayed.
Where will the driver meet me?
The confirmed meeting point depends on the airport and terminal. For international arrivals, meet & greet with a name sign can be arranged after customs and baggage collection.
How long is the free waiting time for international arrivals?
For international airport arrivals, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is normally included from the confirmed arrival pickup time. Exact terms are reconfirmed with each booking.
Is luggage assistance included?
Yes. Standard luggage assistance from the meeting point to the vehicle is included with the transfer.
Can I book an English-speaking chauffeur?
Yes. English-speaking chauffeur service can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. English coordination is also available before and during the service.
Can the airport transfer include a meeting or sightseeing stop?
Yes. We can arrange an airport transfer combined with a business meeting, exhibition visit, meal stop or city itinerary when timing allows.
